A member asked:

Blood test shows lvated bilirubin , urine test ngative for bilirubin. any explanation??

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unconjugated: Bilirubin exists in the blood in both the conjugated and Unconjugated forms. Only the conjugated can enter the urine. If you feel well, and this is new, you very likely have Gilbert's non-disease. Best wishes.
