Needs to be seen: You need to be seen..too young for sciatica, pain needs evaluation by your physician.

Interventions: If your sciatica is secondary to a discogenic compression of a nerve root, you might benefit from epidural steroid injection, but it is possible that a surgical approach may be needed. Please seek out a consultation with a spine specialist.
