Maybe: Everyone is different, but hopefully a good pt program, with the best used modalities for your case, along with medication and following the doctors advice on activities, will let you achieve the best outcomes. However, not everyone responds to pt, and they may need another approach to eventual recovery which may include surgical options. Best wishes.

Try acupuncture: I would recommend acupuncture. It's gentle, noninvasive and shown great results with back issues. Acupuncture needles feel good! it's completely not the same as any other experienced in western care. Don't let it deter you. They aren't hollow, like clinic needles. They are thinner than your hair.
