Sinusitis: This is consistent with continuing sinusitis,despite the apparently negative ct scan,and which often requires prolonged antibiotic treatment for 2 or 3 weeks. An otolaryngologist is best qualified to evaluate,advise and treat you if symptoms don't improve. Nasal irrigations with warm salt water and steam inhalations promote good drainage.
