A member asked:

If i were to scratch off a melanoma would it visibly grow back before spreading to my lymph nodes/organs? how likely is it if it doesn't?

Unclear question: How do you know that you have a melanoma? Melanoma is a cancer of the skin. If you mean a mole, it is a bad idea to scratch it. If you have concern about melanoma, see your doctor. Please consult this site information on this topic: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/melanoma/basics/definition/con-20026009 For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
