Last year my doctor told me i had cobblestoning in my throat from allergies. but now a year later they haven't gone away?? no pain or irritation

Allergy still: If allergy was causing the cobblestoning, they will remain or worsen as long as the allergy remains (allergic rhinitis). The is just a physical exam findings which may or may not be associated with symptoms. On the other hand, you may just have become used to the symptoms and not been aware of them.
