Systemic Reaction: Any time that you have foot problems accompanied with systemic changes (like high temperatures, malaise, GI upset), you should immediately seek attention. Please go to the ER and let them start treatment (perhaps antibiotics, etc), and refer you to the appropriate person. Dr Rich Blake
