Antibiotics: Would be best, see a doctor to diagnose if you have an infection that needs to be treated.

You need to go to: The emergency room immediately. You need to have your tetanus status checked, get antibiotics, know if the dog has all its vaccines. Any wound needs to be evaluated and x-rays to make ire there is no gas in the tissue.
