See allergist: The answer is yes. In fact you may have a condition known as Eosinophilic esophagitis which can lead to scarring and obstruction to passage of food. Seasonal occurrence has been reported and attributed to pollen allergy (usually it is from food). You need to consult an allergist ASAP. In the meanwhile , eliminate dairy from your diet and see if this helps.
