Seek medical help: Sounds like you're getting an adequate number of hours of sleep however the quality of your sleep may be an issue if you wake up still feeling tired. Seeing a sleep doctor to make sure you do not have narcolepsy or hypersomnia is recommended. Also some viral illnesses can also cause your symptoms.
