Please : Please see your physician and get a referral to a sleep specialist. They can do a sleep study and see what is happening to your brainwaves while you try to sleep. It will give them a clue as to what to do to help you. They are very successful. Best wishes.

Routine: pick a wake time and stick to it daily, 9hrs earlier work on 30min routine for relaxing, begin Magnesium citrate or gluconate 500mg poqhs -if not better could add melatonin up to 20mg-if not better see MD
