Call dental society: Call your local dental society and ask for guidance. There may be low cost or no cost clinics in your area. Financing is an option, doing nothing is not.

Public Health Clinic: Sorry... you didn't want to hear this, but you need a dentist. Find a way to afford one, or go to a public health clinic. This is going to get worse, not better. The cost of correcting the problem will likely go up faster than you can save up. It happens all the time: patients wait because they won't afford a $200 filling; and then come back to spend $2000 on a root canal and a crown. Fixya!

Can't afford: You can't afford not to see a Dentist. A filling is much less expensive than having to replace a tooth. Cold sensitivity may be due to tooth infection or gum infection. Please see a Dentist now. Work out a payment plan. Or contact Social Services, or go to a University Dental School, or perhaps you are eligible for Medicaid Dental Benefits.
