Possible sinusitis: Hi Emma, Blood in your mucous ( if you are otherwise healthy), after an infection is likely due to the excessive inflammation in your airways. You may be suffering from either bronchitis and/or sinusitis. If there is no change with saline irrigation in your nose and otc medications I'd seek an evaluation with your Primary for possible antibiotics

Allergic rhinitis?: Such symptoms almost always are due either to an upper respiratory virus infection or allergy. Viral infections rarely last more than 1-2 weeks, and springtime is the peak period for allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, etc. So allergy is most likely. See a doctor to confirm and get advice on treatment, e.g. antihistamines or maybe a steroid nasal spray. In the meantime, no worries; probably not serious.
