With my problem from before, white spot on roof, sore throat. etc not much anymore but i used to have a feeling there was a lump in throat when i swallowed, so i thought maybe it was post nasal drip, as im always swallowing phlegm and coughing itup?

See a doc: White spots require an exam, if not biopsy. They do not belong on the roof of your mouth, or tongue. The phlegm may well be an allergy, post nasal drip, or an anxiety reaction. The do will be better able to address these issues after a hands on exam. You can try a virtual exam on a different HT site.
