Hello, see your ENT provider who can provide an endoscopic evaluation of your throat. Sometimes post nasal drainage or possibly reflux or a silent reflux causes a globus sensation. A treatment plan follows an accurate diagnosis. Good Luck.

I agree that ENT consultation will be useful. Discuss nasal saline and an antihistamine as indicated. COVID-19 screening is recommended since this symptom has been associated.
