4 yr old has had swollen nodes for 8 mths, fatigue, nose bleeds. her esr was 24 and plt was high. sending her to a rhemotologist. what could b wrong?

? viral infection: She need to be evaluated and have blood test for EBV and CMV and coagulation work up to find the cause so be treated and if all blood test negative may need lymph node biopsy.
