Anemia: Is a possibility but he should follow up with his physician.

Go see your/his doc: Any heart patient who is weak & tired needs to go see his/her family doc and/or cardiologist. As noted, anemia is a cause especially after a bad nose bleed. So is low thyroid function. But doctor needs to evaluate blood pressure, ejection fraction, angina, etc to determine cause of feeling weak & tired before s/he can recommend appropriate treatment. So don't delay.
