Emergency..: If you have abdominal pain and had CT. Free fluid in lower part of pelvis( Douglas pouch) is never normal. It could be ruptured tubal pregnancy, appendix or other acute abdomen emergency. Please, call MD. who order CT or go to emergency if ongoing pain .
