Can anxiety cause chest pain and heat?

Chest pain & anxiety: Yes, that is possible; however, the same symptoms can be caused by a physical problem. I highly recommend that you consult with a physician and do it soon. The problem could be serious.. If the medial evaluation is negative, I suggest you consider treatment by Subliminal Therapy (go to www.stii.us to see if it fits for you) or by hypnotic methods (go to www.asch.net for a referral).

Yes it could: Especially if a consequence of your anxiety is hyperventilation. See a mental health counselor and get your emotions under control. Could we guide you here online via a Concierge visit?
