What could cause difficulty breathing, dizziness, heat flashes, sweatiness, difficulty concentrating, and constant dull pain in my upper left chest?

Menopause: It depends; if you are in menopause these symptoms are common; if not you need to see you doctor for evaluation of your lung and blood pressure and check your thyroid gland. It could be hypothyroidizm.

Hyperventilation: The simple explanation would be hyperventilation with anxiety & your symptoms. If so, breath holding for a few minutes will reverse the symptoms. Alternatively, hypothyroidism could cause a similar set of symptoms. You need to see a doctor and be examined.
