Exam advised: These varied symptoms may not be due to a single illness. Blocked sinuses usually cause headache. Inner ear disorder can cause vertigo. Throat tightness is often caused by tension and stress. Hiccups can be caused by stress or air swallowing. Get a thorough evaluation by a physician. You may be referred for stress management therapy and/or ENT consultationafter the assessment.
