U/s shows "mildly, enlarged liver 17cm prob due to fibrofatty disease" all labs and liver enzymes normal.. how would this be interpreted?

Fatty liver: You have fatty liver from a poor diet and/or chronic alcohol use (even with normal liver enzymes). So, cut back from alcohol, improve your diet, and exercise. This will reduce the progression of your liver disease.
