Hard to say: Answer depends on lots of information that we don't have. How long have you had it? When does it occur? Do you have any other medical problems? This is the sort of question best answered after an in-depth history & exam. Unless, after tracking the pain, you can relate it to an activity (certain exercise, prolonged sitting/standing in a certain position or chair) or a particular style of shoe.
