A member asked:

Is there a simple blood test to measure pro gastrin releasing peptide (pro grp) or does it have to be done at a specialist centre.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not a regular test: I have not heard about this test. So I doubt that you can get it done in an ordinary lab. Ask your doctor who advised you to do this test. He or she will know where to send you or they may take your blood sample and ship it to a lab that they know can do it. Are you seeing a gastroenterologist for any stomach problem?. Best wishes.
