Patella: Scar tissue can develop for many different reasons, one of them is repetitive trauma to the knee area such as banging your knee on a desk or kneeling repeatedly with daily activities. This is something that can be cleaned up arthroscopically if necessary to help reduce the amount of discomfort that you may be experiencing. Scar tissue underneath the kneecaplike that is usually related torepetitive dramatic events
