I & D of what ??????: I don't know just what precisely was treated by an incision and drainage procedure, but if it s not improving, then you need to follow up with the doctor.

Followup: You would certainly want to follow up with the surgeon that did the initial surgery. One of the more common reasons we do an "I an d" is for infection; and one of the risks is that the infectious pus may accumulalate again and possibly need another surgery. Make sure your doctor is aware.
