Call your surgeon: Wash the incision with an anti-bacterial soap such as hibiclens or phisoderm. Irrigate hydrogen peroxide over a 4 x 4 gauze and most importantly call your surgeon so he/she can evaluate the wound for any possible infection or loss of integrity.
