Use Saline Nose Drop: It is well known that children can' t localize pain, especially at the age of 1 y. He may be having a sore throat but pointing to his nose. It is also possible that he has a nasal congestion, even though the Doctor saw nothing when he was examined. Nasal congestion can be intermittent. Usually worse at night. Apply Saline Nose drop into his nose while in discomfort and that will clear any problem
