I had tfcc repair a couple of days ago. i am in a full splint and immobilized. while walking i felt a slight pop. should i be concerned?

TFCC: If you're not having any persistent pain or discomfort it may have just been a subcutaneous future that may have let go. If you are immobilized in a cast the chance of there being any damage to the previously repaired TFCC is highly unlikely

Mri showed tfcc tear where blood supply is poor. 3 months later with splint and cortisone pain is gone. Did it repair itself or is tear still there?
