Go to the Dentist : Many times food can get trapped in and around your wisdom teeth. You can also get cavities in your wisdom teeth. I suggest you see your Dentist. You can try gargling with some saltwater, which may help while you're waiting on your appointment to the Dentist.

Teething: You're teething. Now you know why infants get fussy when getting new baby teeth. You need to see a wisdom tooth Specislist, an Oral Surgeon, who will help you determine if you need Meds and time, or removal. Ask your Dentist for a referral.
