I have three small brownish flecks on my finger pad about the side of a pinhead , maybe slightly bigger, not raised or painful , they won't come off?

Finger spots: hello~ these are probably tiny traumatic petechiae and due to a small amount of bleeding into the finger pads. As such they contain blood and if you try to pick them off they will bleed. I would leave them alone and wait till they go away with time thanks
