Don't Play: Its not safe to play with pimples on your face. You may get a serious infection and even cause blindness . Probably its a cystic lesion, needs to be evaluated by a dermatologist.

Leave it alone: From the description you posted, at your age this is likely a simple mole and not a pimple. The only thing you will do by messing with it is make it possible for skin germs to enter the blood beneath your skin, travel inside to your brain and cause major problems. If it bothers you see your doc or a dermatologist for a safe removal.
