I'm 37 weeks pregnant with gastro for nearly 2 weeks every thing i eat goes right threw me what should i do?

See your doctor: Sounds like you need to be seen by your doctor for evaluation. Viral gastroenteritis shouldn't last two weeks. You need a different diagnosis. And someone should check that you are adequately hydrated!

See your doctor: It is not normal to have diarrhea for 2 weeks this close to delivery. Looser bowel movements - yes, but not watery diarrhea. So, depending on how bad it is, you can use imodium, (loperamide) but ought to see your doc to be sure there is not something else happening (like c diff - a germ that causes diarrhea and needs to be treated).
