See your doctor: Butter left out at room temperature for 1 week could certainly grow some type of bacteria. You should call your doctor in the morning and ask about it. If you are having severe gastroenteritis where you can't keep up your fluids, you are at risk of dehydration and this is risky for the pregnancy. In this case you might need to go to the emergency department.
