Bruise like lesion..: ...if it just appear and you cant remember any trauma it may be secondary to insect bite and some bleeding under the epithelium creating a bruised area. If you cant see any drainage you can still apply a local antibiotic cream 3x a day if not improving day by day appointment with your physician...
