Spots on leg: Also consider erythema nodosum or sarcoid or even lyme disease. Erythema nodosum is associated with recent strep infection, mycoplasma, mononucleosis, cat scratch disease or inflammatory conditions like sarcoid, Behcet's or bowel disease, rarely lymphomas/carcinoid, pancreas. Check for lyme, strep, resolves in 3-6 weeks and f/u/ w/ doc
