Discuss w ur doctor: Right pain less likely relieved w bowel movement, but need to consider more urgent entities such as appendicitis, ovarian cyst, kidney stone if lower belly, or even ulcers and gall stones if upper belly. This should be discussed with your doctor. Happy to consult and review case.
