Antibiotic?: If you had taken an antibiotic, this could have been from a drug reaction. If you have not, then these are likely unrelated events. A viral sinusitis may be associated with a skin rash but would not expect it to be confined to the face. If the rash persists for over a week or gets much worse, consider seeing a dermatologist.
