Pause, look at life?: Are you enjoying work? A feeling of tiredness can be an opportunity to review lifestyle, choices, stress levels. Most tiredness improves with regular healthy meals, daily exercise, sleep hygiene (patient.co.uk) reduction in alcohol use and other choices that reduce feelings of stress. Medical causes such as anaemia, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction can be excluded at a routine review with your Dr.
