Anemia: Fatigue can be due to low iron in the blood, medications, weight, heart and lung problems or sleep deprivation. Most likely its anemia or sleep apnea. Do you snore? Have blood in the stools, poor nutrition? A simple blood test will detect anemia. Use a small recording device and record your sleep. If you awake gasping or loud snoring, your tiredness could be not enough sleep.

May be PMR: Or poly myalgia rheumatica. You can be diagnosed with a blood test and treated with cortisone pills. It would be important to get checked soon, as if it isn't treated, it can also cause inflammation in the arteries leading to strokes or blindness. It could be lots of other things, so you should definitely get seen.
