You decide: Forget "overweight" & "underweight"; this is subscience / entertainment. Your best weight is what looks and feels right for you and lets you keep up with peers in competitive athletics & have a normal cycle. Every olympic lady sprinter has a body like yours and most women would do anything to look like you. Stay fit and eat what you like.
