Reduce calories slow: You can only lose weight if you burn more calories than you consume. So cut out calories gradually but persistently every day down to minimum. Over a period of one month you should be able to lose 4-6 pounds...So it will take you about one year to lose the extra weight. You should also reduce meats and sugars in your diet and go with fruits and veggies and grains as your main diet.
