I have a uri and i took my first dose of my prescribed z-pak today around 3:30, will i be able to go to school tomorrow?

Possibly: If you have no fever and generally feeling ok and it was not strep infection that you were treated for, i think you can be cleared for school. If it was strep, it requires a minimum of 24 hours of abx treatment prior to clearance.
