A member asked:

If endo tested me for celiac's disease and i had normal blood results, does it mean i can eat foods with gluten without problems?

Depends: In order for the gluten test to be reliable, you have to be ingesting gluten. If this was the case, then the question would be whether you are allergic to wheat or not. There is some concern that despite the absence of celiac disease, some people may still have symptoms from it (Nonceliac gluten intolerance). If you have problem from gluten, then avoid it regardless of the test result.
