Probably viral so...: This is almost certainly a viral infection. Most doctors won't be able to offer anything besides symptomatic relief. I advise Umcka, available at any health food store and some pharmacies, an herbal medicine proven to help sinus infections. Also try Andrographis, Astragalus, Vitamin C, Zinc lozenges., rest and fluids. Best to not try to lower the fever. If not better in a week then see a dcotor.
