Yes: Kidney stones are comprised of various minerals, and chemical factors of an individual's urine will affect which minerals can precipitate out to form stones. For instance, increased urinary concentration of oxalate can increase the risk of calcium oxalate-based stones. The body metabolizes Vitamin C into oxalate, so theoretically Vitamin C supplementation can increase one's risk for stones.
