YES: Post-operative swelling or something called "physiologic splinting" can cause this. 4w post-op is not a long time. Be patient. Sincerely, Dr. Latva

All your toes ??: What was done at the second mtp. Or is that mpj. Any way, I think 4 weeks is pushing the envelope for all your toes not to bend. You might ask your surgeon if this is expected at this post-operative time.
