I am having neck pain on right side from last three days. my neck is stiff and for sometime it disapear and come back again.i recently quit my job?

Neck pain on right: Have you ever had an injury in the past?. MVA such as month or years?, any other trauma, other pain in joints? Can you flex - extend the head? and rotate it R to L without pain or these maneuvers induce pain? How severe is the pain on its own and to-touch? 3/10 or 7/10. Please answer the questions, and in the meantime time take Motrin 200 mg q 6-8 hrs, it should help
