Neck pain on right: Have you ever had an injury in the past?. MVA such as month or years?, any other trauma, other pain in joints? Can you flex - extend the head? and rotate it R to L without pain or these maneuvers induce pain? How severe is the pain on its own and to-touch? 3/10 or 7/10. Please answer the questions, and in the meantime time take Motrin 200 mg q 6-8 hrs, it should help
