See a specialist: I don't know who youve seen or what's been done to evaluate your problem i would see an orthopedist who treats these injuries. You need a thorough evaluation with diagnostic studies such as xrays, mris and possibly ncv/ EMG studies to evaluate your problem you may need to treat your symptoms even if you cannnot find a specific diagnosisi.

Get another opinion: You should get another opinion & possibly update your studies if they are dated from around the time of your injury. Sometimes, there are changes seen later that were induced from an earlier injury that may have not have manifested themselves on imaging done about the time of injury. Sometimes, complete imaging is not always obtained and you may need a spine specialist to guide further testing.
