See doctor: First, are they lymph nodes or fatty tissue. If lymph nodes they shouldn't be there and an explanation needs to be found. How are you feeling? Any symptoms? This might give us a clue as would a general exam. You might also need some blood and possibly Xray work up. So I would see your PCP or GP and I'm certain he would sort it out. John Froude MD
